IMAGE DATE: 03-15-2022
IMAGE TIME: 1536 UTC
DATA SOURCE: SENTINEL2A
MODE: Multispectral
RESOLUTION: 10 meter
LOCATION: 40°06'01" N/69°55'03" W
AREA: 0.84 square kilometers
CONFIDENCE: High
REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The anomaly extended about 4.5 NM long by 0.3 NM at its widest point and stood out well as compared to its background. Additionally, the anomaly was thought to be associated with a repeat leak source. Winds were out of the S at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: Natural features may have obscured the full extent of the anomaly at its tail-end.
