REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was about 135.67 nm. ENE from Daytona Beach, FL. The segmented anomaly was approximately 35.98 nm. as a whole and the widest segment was approx. 3.23 nmi wide. The dark colored anomaly had well define edges, distinguishable from nearby natural phenomena, and appeared out of place. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the SW at 5 kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: There was no visible point source in the image.
