REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil.  The anomaly was approximately 2.96 nmi in length and approximately 0.14 nmi wide. The anomaly had a dark color appearance compared to its surroundings with a strong contrast. The anomaly was also distinguishable from natural phenomena and seeps. Additionally, winds at the time of the image were 5-10 kts from the N. 


UNCERTAINTIES: There was no suspected point source. However, there were pipelines and facilities in the vicinity of the anomaly.
