REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had strong contrast with its surroundings. The anomaly is believed to be associated with NRC #1320885. The anomaly measured approximately 8.49 nmi long and had a width of roughly 1.07 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 6 kts coming from the S.
