REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be emanating from a repeat leak source, stretched roughly 25 nmi towards the west and measured ~1.3 nmi at its greatest width.
Winds at the time of observation were under 5 knots and from the east.
Confidence was determined to be High given the anomaly was associated with a repeat leak source and possessed a sharp contrast to its background surroundings.
