REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 0.84 nm S-N and 0.32 nm in width. The anomaly was believed to be associated to NRC report #1229416. The anomaly had moderate contrast to its surroundings. 



UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was within the vicinity of natural oil seeps. Also, both ocean and wind data did not agree with the orientation of the anomaly.
